Look, we get it. Ordering something online and waiting for it to arrive is an exercise in patience none of us have the bandwidth for right now. If you already placed an order and find yourself thinking, "WTF is taking so long," you can skip this entire page and email me directly at hello@flipemthebird.com. For everyone else trying to calculate exactly when their package will hit their doorstep, here is the honest breakdown of how we get things from our hands to yours.

We are based in Minnesota, but we partner with independent suppliers across the country to bring these collections to life. Because we refuse to mass-produce cheap garbage that sits in a landfill, a lot of our premium gear is printed on-demand. That means humans are actually making your stuff after you order it.

Here is what you can realistically expect for fulfillment times:

• Apparel (Sweaters, Hoodies, Tees): It takes 6 to 11 business days for our printing partners to custom-create these. If you are buying these as holiday gifts, do not risk it—get your order in before December 9th.

• Knit Beanie Hats: These take 5 to 7 business days to create through our on-demand partners. Safe cutoff date for the holidays is December 11th.

• Fingerless Gloves, Slouchy Beanies, & Jersey Hats: These ship directly out of my house in Minnesota, so they go out much faster. Expect them to ship within 3 business days. Holiday cutoff is December 15th.

Tracking is provided for every single order the second it leaves the building.
