Why is the bird on the right-hand glove upside down?

Because it is a literal play on “Flipping the Bird.” When your hands are down at your sides, the logo looks like a regular, innocent little bird. But the second you raise your right hand to give life's stressors the middle finger, the bird flips right-side up to face your target. It is intentional, it is a pun, and we stand by it.

What are the gloves made of?

We use 100% premium acrylic yarn. We chose it for three very specific reasons: it is highly durable, it is completely animal-free, and it is entirely machine-washable. If you have sensitive skin or intense allergies that make wool feel like steel wool, these are designed for you to wear comfortably all day.

What sizes do you offer?

Right now, our gloves are one-size-fits-most. The knit has a lot of natural stretch—they comfortably fit a pair of giant mechanic hands working in a freezing garage, and they fit smaller hands just as well. We hope to expand into specific sizing tiers in the future, but for now, they are built to stretch and adapt to you.

How do I wash these things?

Throw them in the damn washing machine. Use cold or warm water—avoid hot water unless you are trying to shrink them down to fit a doll. You can tumble dry them on low or lay them flat to dry.

What are your shipping rates and times?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom via USPS. Standard orders process within 2 to 3 business days. If you select Priority Shipping, we get it out the door within 1 to 3 business days via expedited service. Everything ships from our headquarters in Champlin, Minnesota, so transit times will depend entirely on how far you are from the Midwest.

For international orders, please give it 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Customs delays happen, and unfortunately, we have zero control over border bureaucracy. Buyers are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, or duties, so please check your country’s import guidelines before you buy.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you the exact second your order ships. Just make sure you double-check your typing at checkout. If you typo your own email address, we cannot track it down for you—we make cozy gear, we do not have access to CIA mainframe databases.

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your gear. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unworn, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange (minus original shipping fees).

To start a return or exchange, pack up your items and ship them with a tracking number to:

Please use a shipping carrier that provides tracking. If the package gets lost in the mail on its way back to us without a tracking number, we cannot issue a refund.

  • For Exchanges: Include a note inside the package with your order number and the specific item or style you want instead. You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

  • For Returns: Include a note with your order number indicating you want a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Note on Free Shipping: If your original order qualified for free shipping, and your return drops your total order value below our free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Is my payment secure?

Completely. Our store runs on Shopify and PayPal processing networks. Your data is encrypted, secure, and never stored by us. You can read their full, incredibly thrilling privacy policies directly on the Shopify and PayPal websites.
